Great shop to work with they always take care of us and our trucks and always work with us instead of against us which is great for a shop. It is so hard nowadays to find a repair shop you can trust.  Well, our first ever experience with the folks at Smiths Heavy Repair could not have gone better.  Our truck was stuck at an intersection, unable to get into any gear.  I found them on a Google search and called them.  VERY friendly lady name Paulee helped me out on the phone, got us set up for mobile service and dispatched her truck.  Told me about an hour but I'm pretty sure they got there in less than 45 minutes.  The tech, Josh Smith, did find the problem, patched us up enough to get to their shop and finished the repair properly in the shop, and got us on the road.
If you are searching for a repair shop in the Pocatello ID area, look no further!  These amazing folks have mobile service, in shop service, and access to a local tow company.  They are new, but genuinely interested in helping at a reasonable price.
And do yourself a huge favor ... put them on your Trusted Shops list.  I did.

We had a reefer engine that ran out of fuel and sat for days, requiring a repriming of the diesel reefer motor. On the day, we were directed to come by, we did need to wait a little due to being short a few mechanics on that particular day. But the quickness of their response was totally reasonable and actually very accomodating due to the circumstances.  Our reefer engine was very stubborn, but staff was able to get us back running rather quickly, and for an exceptionally reasonable price. I had a issue with my service air line on my truck
and I was told to go to Smiths and when I got there I was treated so nice and respectfully and I would recommend anyone who needs to have service done to definitely get in touch with this Awesome company as they are definitely willing to be of assistance to get your repair taken care of.
My hat goes off to Paulee and Chris and the friendly mechanic who took care of the problem.
